Looks tasty Johan, do you know what the red color of the danish hotdog come from? from some natural stuff or artificial color?

Not for dinner but for breakfast this morning;

An orchestra can not stand only with contrabass, bassoon, trombone, but does with violin, clarinet and cornet, sometimes accompanied by a tiny triangle.

Drool!

Isterband here, a very Swedish type of sausage. Grainy and rather soft, lightly smoked. With parsley and mustard sauce and potatoes.
If you get them, no matter how and why, guard them well!
